After 5 min of each dishes, we have to count how black worms are died and what their reaction of each dishes. I look at the graph that I made of the %of black worms that died at each concertration of copper sulfate. The LD50 that I would calculate from that data is O. The value of ED50 is less than the LD50 because LD50 is an index determination of medicine and poison's virulence.
